Two absolute masters of their craft combine to create a wall of sound...Dave DiCenso is one of the most studied contemporary drummers in the country for his technique and interpretation and Hammond B3 master Ken Clark is among the most dynamic and skilled players out there. Together they formed The DiCenso Clark Expedition in 2015 and although they play only a limited number of engagements per year this is a duo not to be missed. It's funk, jazz, rock, gospel, soul rolled into an intricate package and delivered with immense skill and power. That it's just two cats on stage is mind altering and they rocked the Fallout Shelter to the core!

This was a unique musical experience for many of the audience members. A simple stage with drums and a Hammond B3 organ, two brilliant musicians and a constant thrill-ride with all the twists and turns of roller coaster. It's evident when two musicians of this caliber are in sync with each other and can carry on a conversation in a language expressed solely in melody, harmony and rhythm.  They are both interesting characters in their own right but combine to form a complex, diverse, intense entity through expression of art. Just recently the DiCenso Clarke Expedition became an experiment that had incredible moments but the two have decide that the Expedition had run it's course, they discovered the secrets and ended the run.
